Once again, the saffron stain stole the show. Dr. Ayers thinks it is staining fibronectin. I am not sure that I agree given that this site, and this site, this article all suggest that it stains collagen.

Fibonectin. The fibers are too long. Specificity in stains is too dependent on pH, salts, etc. Collagen II Abs should confirm that I possess the truth.
